Key Responsibilities
- Source, promote, and sell various banking loan products, including:
- Personal Loans
- Home Loans
- Auto Loans
- Business Loans
- SME Loans
- Generate leads through field sales activities, referrals, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Assess customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Coordinate with Credit, Underwriting, and Operations teams to ensure accurate documentation and smooth loan processing.
- Monitor applications through approval and disbursement stages.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups and provide post-disbursement support.
- Manage customer portfolios and identify opportunities for cross-selling and repeat business.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven experience in banking sales, loan sales, financial services, or a similar customer-facing sales role.
- Strong knowledge of loan products and lending processes is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
