Responsibilities 

• Planning and monitoring Project execution.
• Project coordination and managing project interdependencies.
• Cross-project resource management.
• Identifying and addressing problems and risks.

• Stakeholder communications, negotiations, and problem-solving.
• Aligning or realigning deliverables with project outcomes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree
• Certification in Trade finance (CDCS)
• 12-15 years’ operating as a business Analyst/Delivery Manager
• Ability to look at different data sources and do the analysis for presentation to stakeholders and decision making. https://www.traydstream.com/
• Coordinating in business analysis sessions to understand client process and to understand user needs.
• Monitoring project progress & outstanding issues and ensuring the quality & timeliness of deliverables; extending post-implementation support to Project Team by defining SLA norms.
• Examining test cases and ensuring that the requirements are covered, assisting in testing operations like Change and Defect Management and conducting User Acceptance Testing. Preparing documents like BRD, FRD, Traceability Matrix, Business flow diagrams, UI wireframes etc.
• Liaising with functional architecture team to determine the design of a solution, including screen design & usability to optimize business process.
• Organized workshops/brainstorming sessions, ability to ask right questions , frame concise responses and MOMs.
• Drafting Business Requirements Design specifications and successfully work with Software Development teams.
• Possess skills in defining and communicating Test plan and Test Strategies
• Understanding product and business requirements and converting in to Test scenarios
• Strong understanding of SDLC,STLC and Defect life cycle
• Define, design and bring to market Trade Finance Products and solutions globally. Prepare or update product definition and other product related documents.
• Assist in product marketing activities including blog, white paper and e-book.
• Participate on training on new product or add-on product functionalities to sales and pre-sales colleagues.
• Work with delivery and development teams on design, build and implementation of new initiatives and solutions.
• ndertake periodic meetings with key clients along with product manager, to share product roadmap, strategy, and initiatives.
• Lead and own the relationship with industry bodies relevant to the role, such as ICC etc Create product roadmap based on industry experience, and regularly present recommendations to the management team
