Key Responsibilities:
- Lead P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of business developers and marketers.
- Scale the business using data-driven decision-making and testing.
- Drive business development, sales (online & offline), and e-commerce strategies.
- Analyze and report on growth initiatives, partnerships, and sales drivers.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 5+ years in marketing, business development, strategy consulting, or finance (e-commerce a plus).
- 2+ years of team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of Australian market & consumers (media landscape a plus).
- Proven record in business growth, partnerships, and revenue generation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in scaling businesses/startups.
- Strong operator with P&L management skills.
