Seeking a Credit / Portfolio Risk Manager to manage credit assessment, portfolio monitoring, and internal stakeholder coordination. The role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a positive, proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and monitor credit and loan portfolios.

  • Develop and maintain credit policies and risk frameworks.

  • Analyze portfolio performance and prepare risk reports.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for approvals and risk mitigation.

  • Identify early warning signals and suggest corrective actions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Must have: Credit/loan risk management experience, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, patience, and a creative, positive outlook.

    • Nice to have: Relationship management and statistical/mathematical skills.

    Qualification:
    Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Economics, or related field; 3–8 years of relevant experience.
