Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead and scale India operations across HR, Finance, Admin, IT/InfoSec, and delivery enablement, ensuring alignment with global standards.

  • Act as the local leadership head for India, building a high-performance, inclusive culture and mentoring functional leaders.

  • Own India’s operating rhythm, including monthly reviews, capacity/utilization tracking, and risk & compliance checkpoints.

  • Partner with global HR and Finance leaders on workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost governance.

  • Enable high-quality delivery through capacity planning, utilization management, and operational readiness for consulting, product, and engineering teams.

  • Oversee financial governance, monitoring margins, utilization, overheads, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting.

  • Own India compliance and risk management across labor laws, statutory filings, tax, IT security, audits, and certifications (ISO/SOC).

  • Manage infrastructure, IT execution, and vendor relationships, including office operations, security, and tooling.

  • Represent FIQ India in leadership, board, investor, client, and partner interactions, acting as a key bridge with global stakeholders.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • 10+ years of experience in operations, delivery management, or general management within a technology, consulting, or SaaS/services organization.

    • Proven track record of managing 100+ employees across multiple functions and/or locations.

    • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and core financial frameworks required to operate an India entity.

    • Hands-on experience with operational systems and tools, including Finance/ERP platforms, HRIS, IT administration dashboards, and project or resource management tools.

    • Demonstrated ability to:

      • Build, scale, and lead cross-functional teams

      • Drive structured execution in fast-paced and ambiguous environments

      • Effectively manage global stakeholders, influencing up and across the organization
