We are looking for a Marketing Director to lead our B2B marketing strategy and drive revenue growth. This role will focus on demand generation, pipeline development, and aligning marketing with sales to support enterprise business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Drive demand generation and pipeline growth
  • Manage end-to-end marketing funnel and improve conversions
  • Work closely with Sales to support revenue targets
  • Lead marketing campaigns across digital and content channels
  • Build and manage marketing team and budget
  • Strengthen brand positioning and market presence

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    Requirements

    • 8–12+ years of experience in B2B marketing
    • Experience in demand generation or revenue marketing
    • Strong understanding of enterprise or SaaS environments
    • Proven track record in driving pipeline and growth
    • Good leadership and stakeholder management skills
