- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all banking needs.
- Identify client needs and provide appropriate financial solutions, including lending, trade finance, cash management, and other banking services.
- Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop new business by acquiring commercial clients in line with the bank’s strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (credit, risk, operations) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Monitor client portfolios for performance, risk, and profitability, ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on client activities, business growth, and market trends.
