Job-Description:
Responsible for driving brand strategies, customer engagement, and business growth while ensuring cross-functional alignment within the OPU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement brand strategies to deliver on sales, market share, and profitability objectives.
- Support business planning, forecasting, and operational execution.
- Lead cross-functional teams in ensuring product launch readiness.
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Sales, and Marketing to drive seamless implementation.
- Track performance, budgets, and market dynamics, providing actionable insights.
- Enhance customer engagement through medical initiatives, campaigns, and digital channels.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experienced in pharmaceutical marketing and sales, with specialization in Cardiovascular products.
- Demonstrated success in brand management and market growth.
- Skilled in communication and relationship-building with strong interpersonal abilities.
